Wir sind eine Anwendergruppe, die Liberating Structures (http://www.liberatingstructures.com/) erkundet und praktiziert. Dabei handelt es sich um eine frei verfügbare Sammlung von Werkzeugen zur Gruppenkommunikation.
Manchmal praktizieren wir einen "String" (eine Abfolge von Liberating Structures), um ein Thema zu bearbeiten. Manchmal bildet ihr Strings ad-hoc und wir probieren aus, wie sie funktionieren. Und manchmal tauschen wir uns über unsere Erfahrungen bei der Anwendung von LS außerhalb dieses Meetups aus.
Liberating Structures können auf unzählige Weise angewendet und kombiniert werden, um grundlegend zu verändern, wie Menschen miteinander interagieren und zusammenarbeiten. LS sind wie eine neue Teamsprache, können aber auch zur Facilitation von Teamprozessen genutzt werden.
Du musst keine Vorkenntnisse mitbringen!
Der Zweck des Leipzig LS Meetups ist kein geringerer, als möglichst viele Menschen für LS zu begeistern. Wir sind überzeugt, dass LS uns erlauben, eine völlig neue Art der Zusammenarbeit in Gruppen zu etablieren.

We are a User Group exploring and practicing how to can use the open-source group communication tools called Liberating Structures (http://www.liberatingstructures.com/). We might use a specific string (a defined sequences of Liberarating Structures) to explore a theme. We might build strings adhoc and see if they work. We might exchange about experiences with applying a certain structure outside of the meetup.
Liberating Structures can be combined and used in infinite ways to radically improve how people interact and work together. LS can be understood as a new language for team communication - and it can also be used to facilitat team processes.
You don't need to have any prior experience to join us here!
The purpose of the Leipzig LS Meetup is not less than to inspire as many people as possible. We are convinced that LS allow us to create an entirely new culture of how we work together.
