What we're about

This group is dedicated to the enjoyment, education and to all things dealing with healthy eating, specifically raw, vegetarian, and vegan nutrition. We will be learning about and experiencing a change in health and wellness through the proper preparation and combinations of foods for allowing the body to heal and regain its proper nutritional and metabolic equilibrium.
We meet monthly on the third Saturday in the Showcase Fitness Gym at 6812 Bandera Rd., Ste. 110, from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, with a potluck dinner and social to get to know each other. The meetings will provide forums for nutritionists, herbalists, naturopaths, gardeners, doctors, educators, dieticians, chefs and food preparation demonstrators to inform and educate our community about the importance of starting and maintaining a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle. Come join us and share in the good vibes, good company, and great foods we'll learn about. "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." - Hippocrates
