This free meetup will be about gratitude.

The ability of gratitude to raise happiness is well-studied in academia. Most of us want to be happy and yet we most of us don't integrate gratitude interventions into our lives (that means using pen&paper).

In the workshop part of the evening we will actually do a few gratitude interventions and think about how we can bring more gratitude into our lives.

The tentative schedule is:
