Let's get together and MOVE it! I won't bore you with well....boring statistics about the state of health of Black women in America, San Antonians in general, blah blah blah. This group is for those interested in just getting up and moving, doing something, anything! This could be walking, hiking, yoga, your gym, 5Ks, fun runs, obstacle courses, Insanity, P90X or whatever else others would like to suggest. Please note I'm no fitness expert, not a personal trainer, nor am I a Doctor (well, not the medical kind anyway). I've just been working out in some way, shape or form for the past 14 years or so. I think it has great physical and mental health benefits and would like others to experience that (if you haven't already), find workout buddies (if that's what you're looking for) or trying something new!
