Game Night (auf Deutsch!)
Lili Centre, Alpenquai 40a, Luzern, CHJoin us for a fantastic evening of fun, laughs, and community—all auf Deutsch! This is a safe and friendly space to practice your German in a relaxed, playful setting. We play classics like Charades and Pictionary to warm up (auf Deutsch, natürlich!), and then break out into groups to play board games. Feel free to bring your favourite game to share!

Raise Your Frequency 🙌🏻 Morning Meditation
·OnlineOnlineBegin your day by tuning into a higher state of alignment. Raise Your Frequency is a weekly morning meditation designed to help you reset your energy, clear mental noise, and reconnect with your inner clarity and purpose, before the day takes over.
Each week offers a fresh, accessible approach to alignment, weaving together energetic work, subconscious reprogramming, guided visualisations, somatic practices, and both passive and active meditation techniques. Every session is different, allowing you to explore new ways of relating to your body, mind, and energy in a supportive, grounded space.
No experience is needed, just come as you are.
What you’ll experience and gain:
- A calmer, clearer mind to start your day with intention
- Greater emotional balance and nervous system regulation
- Increased self-awareness and connection to your inner guidance

Parents and Tots Playgroup
Lili Centre, Alpenquai 40a, Luzern, CHParenthood is no walk in the park, and it truly does take a village.
That’s why we’re creating a welcoming space for parents and their little ones to come together, connect, and share the journey.
Join us for our Parents & Tots Playgroup, a relaxed weekly gathering where you can:
- Meet other parents and build lasting friendships
- Share experiences, advice, and laughter in a supportive community
- Give your little ones the chance to play and interact with others
- Take a well-deserved break in a warm, understanding environment
When: Tuesdays
Time: 11:00 – 13:00
Cost: Free to attend
Open to parents with children of all ages
Drinks and delicious lunch options by Chef Sinmei are available from 12:15 - 13:30.
