What we’re about
In search of new methods and ways of structuring your event, interactions, meetings and workshops to ensure real participation and engagement?
Come join us online!
Five conventional structures guide the way we organise routine interactions and how groups work together: presentations, managed discussions, open discussions, status reports and brainstorming. Liberating Structures are 33 other ways to interact and collaborate.
Liberating Structures are methods that are tried-and-tested. They are multi-disciplinary - informed by psychology, sociology, complexity theory, agile, lean and likely others. The methods focus on including and unleashing the power in everyone.

If you are interested in any of the feedback/presentations from our previous sessions, those can be found in our GOOGLE DRIVE folder here. Please note, the session notes are just running thoughts and in raw form!
VIRTUAL MEET-UPs are filed in "Liberating Structures UK" folder and filed by date rather than content.

On Monday 2 October 2023 we will be considering 25/10 Crowdsourcing a helpful Liberating Structures tool to come up with bold ideas and to come up with their Top 10. Liberating Structures are great tools to help people engage, connect, listen and be listened to in meetings, events, workplace situations etc
Please join us online to connect with people interested in Liberating Structures - newbies and more experienced practitioners are all welcome.
Our online 90 min format gives us a chance to try out a couple of tools from the LS toolbox, reflect on the experience and consider where we might apply the tool. And a chance to share ideas/thoughts and ask for support for upcoming facilitation sessions/meetings and events.
