LS Lab 2.7 (Feb) - Building a Culture of Collaboration

Welcome to February's LS Lab! We want to explore: Building a culture of collaboration. How can we hack culture at every level to help it shift towards true collaboration? The level of collaboration seems to depend not only on how an organization is set-up, but also about our own awareness of what collaboration looks like. So - we are going to explore this topic using Panarchy, a larger structure that enables people to visualize how systems are embedded in systems, and helps them understand how these interdependencies influence the spread of change.

-- Kick-off with Impromptu Networking
-- Try out & have fun with Panarchy
(with a break in between)
-- Debrief the evening

• Important to know
This is a place where we experiment and play. We make mistakes, and we learn. It's not about teaching others how to do Liberating Structures, but a place for us to all to practice and learn.

We start promptly at 7pm (19:00), but doors open at 6:30 so you can get yourself settled and ready to play.

We end at 21:00 with some informal networking until 21:30. • What to bring
