This is an informal drinks event to discuss Libertarian theories, recent news and events in general, the state of libertarianism in the various parties and in the culture.
The event will be addressed by Tom Burroughes who will address the divisive issue of the Universal Basic Income. Tom has form for addressing such issues and gave an excellent overview of the reasons for and against intellectual property (http://libertarianhome.co.uk/2012/04/video-intellectual-property-a-dilemma-for-libertarians/) at one of the first ever Libertarian Home events.
Please arrive between 6 and 7pm
Ordering food is encouraged right up to 7 o'clock and after the Q&A too. Kitchen closes at 9pm. The pub menu (http://www.taylor-walker.co.uk/pub/two-chairmen-public-house-westminster/c0677/menu/) has good traditional options for most tastes.
