This group gives libertarians throughout Las Vegas a chance to hangout with other people that share their obsession with minimizing the influence of government on our lives and allowing people the chance to live however they want. Whether you have just a causal interest in expanding individual liberties or are a life-long Anarcho-Capitalist, there is a place for you in this group.
We meet on a weekly basis at various locations throughout Las Vegas, generally at a rather conventional restaurant or bar. We would love to have you join us as we plot to expand civil liberties and hatch schemes on how to live freer lives. Even if you disagree with libertarian ideas but love discussing politics, we are a great match for you and we would love to hear your thoughts.
Many of the founding members of this group are fans of Professors Murray Rothbard and Hans-Hermann Hoppe, both of whom taught at UNLV, as well as their intellectual predecessor Ludwig von Mises, whose work serves as the catalyst for the Mises Caucus within the Libertarian Party.
Join us at the only Public School in Las Vegas worth going to as the Libertarian Party's Mises Caucus is a huge fan of Public School 702! If you haven't been, it is well worth checking out, and there is no better group of people to meet there than a bunch of mild-mannered libertarians that are eager to eat, drink, and talk politics after a long week of working.
Come join us as we chat about everything from what's the latest with Iran, to local news and events, as well as what's going on with the presidential election in the Libertarian Party as well as the Democratic and Republican Parties.
Everyone is welcome, but especially you!
We're meeting up at SkinnyFATS on Dean Martin this week; a place that offers everyone everything, including a location that is almost certainly at least convenient-ish for you. We figured SkinnyFATS was a perfect fit for our group since we all have different tastes and the wide selection of beers, tasty/unhealthy entrees, healthy/not-as-amazingly-tasty entrees, sauces, and conversation are all on the menu. (Conversation isn't actually on the menu. We bring our own.)
Come join the folks with the Libertarian Party's Mises Caucus as we chat about everything from what's the latest with Trump's impeachment, to local news and events (we'll only be a few blocks from the $2 billion shrine to cronyism), as well as everything that's going on with the presidential election in the Libertarian Party as well as the Democratic and Republican Parties.
