Afterwards, we can have dinner at The D.C. Wharf across the street from The Arena, or at Union Station.

We will catch the MARC 11:00am train from Penn Station to D.C., then the Metro or Uber to the theater. MARC tickets are $10 each way, $4.50 for seniors over 65. They have a kiosk at the station, or purchase on board with a service fee.

Luminature is Philadelphia Zoo's Christmas exhibit. It features illuminated puppets, multiple light strings, and elaborate scenery.

We'll catch Amtrak up and back (train #156 departing Baltimore at 3:14pm, train #165 departing Philadelphia at 9:38pm.
I would suggest buying a refundable ticket in case we have to postpone the date for bad weather. If bad weather is predicted, we will reschedule for a later day.

Tickets are $27-$32 for the zoo. I purchased a $32 Anyday ticket for $25. The website is giving a discount until 11/2/25.

We'll bus up, hang out on the boardwalk or casinos, and catch the fireworks over the ocean at midnight.
The bus leaves here at 6pm, drops us off at casinos, and picks us up around 3am. We get back home around 6am.
