Hi, my name is Jenya, nature connected life coach, former Olympic judge, mountain-climber, wife/mom, as well as avid world-wide adventure traveler.

I strongly believe that connecting with nature through hiking, is an essential element of human well-being. Hiking is a simple as well as healthy activity that allows the body the chance to inhale fresh air while enjoying beautiful scenic paths. Hiking also provides time to engage in self awareness, to appreciate the precious present, and to recondition the mind after a hectic work-week or stressful situation.

My hikes are so much more than a physical activity! I teach nature awareness skills, empowering concepts for positive change, add gentle sensory and walking meditations, quiet solo time appreciating nature, personal journaling, plus other self-awareness practices. Think about my events as: 80% hiking and 20% life coaching.

If you like hiking and interested in personal growth, that’s a right group to join! As John Muir said “I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.”

What we will do:
Day hikes in San Houston National forest along famous Lone Star trail (8-12 miles with stops and lunch break)

Weekend hiking trips to Texas state parks with possible camping (Lost Maples, Enchanted Rock, Colorado Bend and many others)

Backpacking/Camping trips on long weekends - Big Bend National Park, Guadalupe Mountains in Texas, Ozarks and Ouachita Mountains in Arkansas etc.

Hiking retreats to beautiful places in US such as Rocky Mountains (Colorado), Cascades (Washington), Trinity Alps (California), Utah canyons and many others.
