Hi, my name is Diana. I am a certified Forest Therapy Guide through ANFT, Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. I guide groups and individuals in the practice of forest therapy/forest bathing. ANFT describes Forest Bathing as a relational practice that brings people into deeper intimacy with natural places. The practice supports every aspect of our well-being.

The practice provides the opportunity for us to slow down, stay present and helps us remember that we are part of nature, not separate from it. The guided walks - which are not hikes - follow a clearly defined sequence but embraces creativity and serendipity.
