Hi! I am Chiara! I am a Life Coach and Therapist with a great passion in supporting others in getting the best from their life and helping them expressing their true power. Finding balance and fulfilment in life is not always so easy and straightforward, external factors can bring us away from our goals. Our own bad habits, lack of confidence, limiting beliefs can also stop us from evolving into the best version of ourselves. I went through tough moments myself, and I had to find help to overcome different issues as OCD negative thinking, anxiety, worrying pattern, lack of motivation and focus. Through my experience I have realised how important it is to have the right support around us and how much mental and physical Wellbeing are determinant in our life. Also, even though I am not a certified nutritionist or personal trainer yet, I have great passion for healthy eating, cooking and fitness. In the past 3 years I have been doing lots of research on these subjects. I have managed to find out what is the best workout for me, the best diet and gained a much better shape losing weight and toning up. I would love to share with you what I know and work together on these areas as well. You might wonder how I can help on all these different matters, my answer is very simple: my intention is to help and support in every way I can at the best of my ability, through a non judgemental approach but building a 'Human to Human' rapport. I’m a well-trained registered IAPC&M Level 5 Life Coach, my training included life coaching techniques, hypnotherapy, counselling skills and NLP . In my sessions I also use mindfulness, breathing exercise and meditation.
