Life Force Chi Gong is chi gong for healing, health and wellbeing. During the average class we learn and practice an average of 12-15 gentle, easy-to-do, slow, flowing movements. We do them in an easy-going yet mindful way with synchronised breathing. The practice is simultaneously a physical therapy and a moving meditation. With chi gong practice, students have reported feeling both relaxed and energised at the same time.
Classes are taking place on Saturday Feb. 28th, Mar. 28th and Apr. 25th at The Buszy in central Milton Keynes. There will be two 75 min. classes each day, starting at 11:45am and 1:15pm. Come along for one class or all of them and get the chi flowing!
