Join us for movement meditation and connect to the 4 directions. It is a fun way to balance body, mind, and spirit!!!

You will learn how to have better posture and breathing capacity so you can manage your stress and re-vitalize your body… The emphasis is on Yi (intention) power. You will learn how to develop the heart/mind connection. Relax in the movement to align your bones and spinal column with Heaven and Earth forces. Learn how to circulate and move your muscles and tendons to have more body integration. Classes will be held on Monday evenings form 7 - 8:30 pm for 5 weeks from June 2 through June 30. It only costs $10 per night if you drop in or $40 paid in full ($8 per class).
