Write for your Life - writing session for self reflection
*Spaces often come up at the last minute so feel free to ping me if you're feeling spontaneous!* We use free writing and discussion to explore different topics and themes around how we live our lives. This combination of writing and sharing never fails to connect those taking part in the joys and challenges of being human. It can also be a lot of fun and a great creative outlet. Workshops are great for stress relief, personal reflection, uncovering different perspectives and sometimes surprising insights. It’s also a lovely way to celebrate your ‘you’-ness. No writing talent, knowledge or experience - and definitely no grammar - is required. The group will be limited to eight people, so please can I ask you to decline if you're no longer able to make it so someone else can attend. Many thanks! Writing can be insightful, and we might share things we write (always optional), but please note, this is not a therapy group and isn't suitable for replacement of individual/group therapeutic work. About me I'm passionate about sharing life writing and encouraging people to help (and be OK with) themselves using this powerful tool. I am a coach and facilitator and use writing to help uncover sometimes surprising, but always useful perspectives and insights. More info at: cpsdayoff.com

What we're about

In Write for your Life writing sessions, we'll be using writing exercises to uncover new perspectives and insights. It's also a lovely way to celebrate your ‘you-ness’. No writing talent, knowledge or experience – and definitely no grammar – is required.

We'll cover subjects like motivation, dreams and hopes, decisions and much more. Workshops will be active, fun and occasionally stop us in our tracks.

Writing can be insightful, and we might share things we write (always optional), but please note, this is not a therapy group and isn't suitable for replacement of individual/group therapeutic work.
