The Kitchen Table Method: Building Trust with Motivated Sellers
Most investors believe deals fall apart over price. They don’t. They fall apart in the first 30 minutes at the kitchen table, long before the offer is ever on the table.
In this session, guest speaker Rich Groves walks through The Kitchen Table Method™, the five-stage seller conversation at the core of The Trusted Investor Framework™. Built from more than 13 years and hundreds of seller conversations in the St. Louis market, the method gives investors a clear, repeatable structure for the part of the appointment that decides everything.
Attendees will walk away capable of:
- Lowering a seller’s guard in the opening minutes, without scripts or pressure
- Uncovering the real story behind the sale—the one sellers arrive planning not to tell
- Presenting options and an offer so transparently that sellers trust the number
- Closing without manufactured urgency—and getting more signed contracts because of it
This is for investors tired of appointments that feel warm but never commit, offers that land in silence, and deals that were close but didn’t close. Every stage has a job. Every stage sets up the next. And every piece of it is going to be usable at your very next appointment.
