• The Real Reason You're Exhausted

    Boulder Riverside

Are you ready to make the shift from exhausted caretaker to empowered Lightworker? A Lightworker is anyone who is dedicated to creating and holding spaces for themselves and others to share their unique light into the world. Is this you? If yes, it's likely that you're an energetically sensitive empath, and if you are someone who can feel others emotions as if they are your own, it's likely that you’ve struggled with adrenal fatigue, exhaustion, etc. Kelly C. Mullen, owner of Whole-Self Wisdom, will be presenting at the "Daring Divas" MeetUp group that includes 2600+ women entrepreneurs. Come join us for an inspiring and interactive gathering where you’ll learn how to tap into your soul’s perspective for the real reason you are exhausted! Do you… ﹡Feel like there’s an area in your life that seems frozen (health, career/purpose, relationships)? ﹡Feel like you’re there for everyone when they need you, yet their support’s not available when you need it? ﹡Find yourself people-pleasing/soothing/fixing/problem-solving/helping/planning? Do you find that you have little time for yourself, but even if you did have time, you’d struggle with where to focus your energy, and identify activities that would be fun? ﹡Feel like more and more people in your life are expressing blame/judgement/criticism? In this workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to identify the two variables that affect your energy level most, apply steps to use your sensitivity superpower to take care of yourself, and identify the #1 way to minimize your susceptibility to exhaustion. Meet Kelly: Kelly C. Mullen, founder of the MeetUp group Lightworkers of Boulder & Beyond and owner of Whole-Self Wisdom, supports empathic Lightworkers in feeling safe in the bodies so they can tune into their inner guidance to make some of the tough, empowered decisions that can lead to more ease and joy. Whether it’s through shamanic healing, mind-body/somatic coaching, Reiki, or facilitating tension release work via TRE®, she creates & holds a space for others to connect to the four parts of themselves - mind, body, spirit, heart - to experience their true nature in harmony. • Building Community Through Timebanking!

Boulder Public Library - Main Library

How would you like to get the support you need to make your life easier, while supporting others doing what you love, and make a difference in your community? How would it feel to participate in those connections and relationships all outside of the conventional for-profit economy? Please join me and other members of TimeBank Boulder - a non-profit exchange organization with 135 members - to learn how you can trade your services through the use of time credits. Within TimeBanking, everyone’s skills are equally valued, no matter what the service. For every hour you spend doing something for someone in the TimeBanking Community, you earn one Time Dollar, which you can then use to spend on receiving another's gifts and talents. Simple, but powerful! The movie "Fix the Future” offers a couple of other examples of how this new kind of community is working: https://bit.ly/2VNeB30 and https://bit.ly/2J1Ub4M. It’s also a great way to practice asking for assistance, and for entrepreneurs to offer a set amount of hours toward Timebanking to assist those clients that can’t afford their typical rates. Those who join this event will have an opportunity to draft a brief bio, gain clarity on the gifts and talents they'd like to share with others, and draft an ASK for those activities they would prefer to delegate. If you decide to become a member, stay for the new member orientation so you can start participating in the time bank exchanges! • Web of Light Ceremony

Imagine taking a moment for yourself to release deep areas of tension followed by a ceremony (practiced by thousands around the world) intended to experience the light that shines within so that you may bring healing energy to the world... Please join TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) Provider, Mind-Body/Somatic Coach and Shamanic Practitioner, Kelly C. Mullen, for: 1. An empowering self-care process to release tension - the physical response we feel from stress/anxiety. Developed by Dr. David Bercelli, Ph.D, TRE® involves seven simple exercises that safely activate our body’s natural reflex mechanism of shaking thereby releasing tension that may have accumulated from everyday life circumstances and/or stress, calming the nervous system, and restoring wellness. Over a million people worldwide have been taught these exercises to address stress, chronic pain, insomnia and depression. You’ll find more details in the following videos: http://traumaprevention.com/what-is-tre/ http://traumaprevention.com/the-neurogenic-yoga/ Important: TRE® is not intended for those who are pregnant, or if you’ve had abdominal/back surgery in the last three months.
