This group will learn how to cook delicious whole foods plant-based meals without using oils to promote good health and to prevent common western illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers and cancer.
Let's have some fun creating two fabulous Shepherd Pies! One is a vegetable and potato creamy pie created by Chef Del Sroufe and the other is a Hearty Lentil and Mushroom Shepherd's Pie. We'll also make a huge vegetable salad and finish with a fruity desert. Hope you can join us!
