What we're about

This group is for anyone who wants to get healthy and fit but, do not want to do it alone. I started this group because I've always had a passion to help others. Bring your family and friends, all levels welcome. Give us 50 minutes to get you in shape, meet new people and have fun doing it. 50 minute class consist of running, walking, climbing stairs, floor exercise, and aerobics.
