Join Us For Our Free Outdoor Circuit Training Workout :)
FREE Circuit Training Saturdays! A 60-minute non-stop intense workout. You will sweat off the weight, you will burn calories, you will gain muscle. All levels welcome. We vow to never give up on you. For we will do everything in our power to help you reach your goal. We operate in a judgement free zone to facilitate your comfort. We promise you will progress. This Class consist of running, walking, floor exercise, abdominal workouts, squats, jumprope, and much more. You always have the option to perform the modified version of any drill! This allows beginners or anyone with a minor injury to comfortable fit right in. Build your strength and endurance to perform the unmodified versions of the drill when you see FIT (pun intended :)!! All while moving to be beat of the music. Bring your family, bring your friends. Need further assistants locating us? Call[masked], someone will be happy to guide you! What we're about

This group is for anyone who wants to get healthy and fit but, do not want to do it alone. I started this group because I've always had a passion to help others. Bring your family and friends, all levels welcome. Give us 50 minutes to get you in shape, meet new people and have fun doing it. 50 minute class consist of running, walking, climbing stairs, floor exercise, and aerobics.
