Crypto Catchup and Steemit Introduction

Hello Crypto Friends,

So it will be almost a month since our last meetup which went very well! It is now time to get together again and discuss everything crypto.

I have just returned from Steemfest, a conference hosted by Steemit.com, a social network and content rewards platform that makes the crowd the beneficiaries of the 'attention economy'. I met some great people (known as Steemians) and was really impressed by the platform and its potential to disrupt the likes of companies such as facebook.
