The renewed intention for the Listen to Your Life Mindfulness Meetup Group is for those of us in mid-life (35-75yo) to gather together monthly via Zoom and explore ways we can deepen our mindfulness practice - both formally and informally.

Each month, I’ll offer a practice + theme centered on secular mindfulness and invite you into a safe and nonjudgmental conversation about how mindfulness can support us in clarifying what's most important at this stage of life, set clear self-directed intentions, identify skillful actions and habits, and navigate challenges as we live into a life that is increasingly fulfilling, compassionate, confident, connected, and abundant.
