Social media is great, but nothing beats face-to-face connection and support to design and maintain a life of meaning, purpose, substance, joy and wholeness.

My intention for the Listen to Your Life (L2YL) Meetup is to be a safe space for people of all backgrounds to come together to:

(1) share insights/lessons on the path to living meaningful, abundant, mindful lives;

(2) offer support to each other as we navigate the ups and downs of life;

(3) be in service to our communities.

There is nothing better than living life fully engaged, with mindfulness, clarity and a sense of internal freedom. Join us!
