What we're about

The Black Lesbian Literary Collective is a non-profit organization (organized in North Carolina) aiming to bring together women with shared cultural experiences that desire a nurturing and productive writing setting.

We host a book club and a writing group in Raleigh, NC, and collaborate with the LGBT Center of Raleigh, as well as Queer Reads in the greater Nashville, TN area. We also sponsor several other activities, including a review blog, writing retreat, and podcast.
