This is a group for women to connect and explore the world of healthy living through mind, body, and spirit. I have a passion to help women create more daily energy and vitality. And, I have found that this is more possible through support of each other. Together, we will explore healthy living through activities such as outdoor hiking/exercise, fitness events, visiting healthy restaurants, coffee meet-ups, or anything else that looks like a fun healthy adventure — Changing our well-being one incredible adventure at a time. Laughter and healthy conversations are welcome!

"root, an all vegan restaurant and bar based in Lancaster, PA, opened in mid-December 2015. The owner Rob Garpstas, a bar and restaurant owner since 1999, became vegan in 2011. He was inspired by his youngest daughter's interest in animal activism. Rob and his family became vegan for health and animal rights reasons after Rob’s father was diagnosed with cancer.
When realizing the health and environmental benefits of a plant based lifestyle he wanted to create a space where he could share his knowledge and passion. His vision for root was to create a rotating menu designed to provide patrons with their favorite foods using seasonal, locally sourced, produce."
Dining at root will be a great treat if you are already vegan or vegetarian. And if you are not, then trying different plant-based meals may be exactly what your palate is looking for!

True health comes from exploring who you really are and sometimes that happens best with mentors, coaches, and other forms of guidance.
This book club idea was inspired and born out of a previous meet-up conversation (thank you ladies!!).
I have found that true health and transformation comes from many forms — being active, eating healthy, managing stress, but also from making the commitment to yourself to work on being a better version of yourself each and every day. How do you do that? By exploring and finding what resonates most with you.
My deepest personal transformation came from connecting in with other influencers, reading libraries of books, and listening to thousands of podcasts — then taking action. This is exactly why I wanted to start book club with each of you. If we can inspire each of ourselves, just think of the motivation that we can create as a group.
