This is a group for anyone interested in self help techniques related to maintaining good mental and emotional health. Topics will range from Neuro linguistics programming of the mind to rational self help techniques of Hatha yoga, Tratak techniques, Yog Nidra and various styles of meditation by a trained NLP Practitioner and certified Hatha Yoga Instructor.
A free meetup of one hour will be help on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm CST. If you like to pursue the classes further you can join it for a nominal monthly fee.
What this group is not : This group is NOT for the usual physical exercise and fitness or weight loss. If you are an advanced Yoga practitioner this may not satisfy your Yoga appetite :) . We will only be focussing on simple asanas especially on the ones that reduce anxiety, stress , anger, agitation, irritability, insomnia and depression.
What's most important is that this group will focus more on understanding the mental and emotional sides of the human psyche than the physical body and use well tried and successful techniques of the East and the West !
