You can read more about Jator's practice on his website. **FRIDAY** 6pm - Check In at group campsite 8pm - Sunset Yoga 9pm - Dessert around the campfire: Raw Smore Cheesecake (graham cracker crust and marshmallow cream between layers of raw chocolate) **SATURDAY** 7:30am - Sunrise Yoga 7:30am - 2:30 pm - Rock climbing (optional) 10:30am - Brunch: Apple crepes or waffles with vanilla coconut cream and seasonal berries 11am - 4pm- Tandem Myofascial Release Massage Sessions 4pm - Jator: "Understanding the Gut as the home of chronic disease and what we can do about it" 6:30pm - Dinner: Sun burgers on buckwheat bun with all the fixings, sprouts and a side of kale chips* 8pm - Sunset Yoga **SUNDAY** 7:30am - Sunrise Yoga 9am - Breakfast: Apple cinnamon granola with fresh almond milk 9:30am - Jator: "Understanding the Gut as the home of chronic disease and what we can do about it" Noon - Lunch 1pm - 5pm - Kayaking (optional) 1pm - 6pm - Tandem Myofascial Release Massage Sessions 6pm - Dinner & Closing: Taco Bar with romaine lettuce boats, walnut crumbles, salsas, guacamole and sprouts **Food is all raw, all vegan** Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite. **Liz is giving us a special $25 discount!
