Instructor, Hali Clizer is one of the worker-owners at Niles Pie Company in Union City. She comes from the backwoods of the Pacific Northwest, where her family grew a large garden. Raised vegetarian for most of her childhood, Hali’s affinity for nutrient-dense, veggie-centric fare endures, even though she also now enjoys some meat. She’s been working in professional kitchens for over two decades, and loves to share her knowledge of food that both heals and delights.
