This group is for anyone interested in fitness, currently on a fitness journey and fitness professionals on the peninsula. This group will engage in open and intelligent discussion about exercise, nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices and common pitfalls. Join us over a nourishing meal, a fun activity or simply share your story to our community. This group is here for you. Help us build a healthier peninsula, one community member at a time!

#Friday5k fun Run/Walk with LFC & Capstan Bar Brewing Company

Logic Fitness Club

This 5k Fun Walk/Run takes place each and every Friday at 6pm. Its a great opportunity to have a lighthearted talk about fitness and fitness experiences. What to bring: 1) Walking/Running Shoes 2) Weather appropriate clothing (We will not cancel runs for rain, feel free to throw on a rain jacket and join us!) 3) Reflective gear or bright clothes for visibility. This becomes more important during the winter months as days get shorter and runs take place in low light. 4) Friends and Family! What to do: 1) Runners typically start showing up at Logic Fitness Club (2012 Exploration Way) between 5:30 and 5:45 to sign in. Be sure to look for the #FRIDAY5K QR Code and sign-in before each and every race. 2) The route can always be found displayed on the bulletin board to your right upon walking into Logic fitness Club's front door. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the route. 3) Introduce yourself to runners, we're all at different fitness levels and we are all friendly! 4) Listen up for more opportunities to meet up before take-off time. 5) Walk or Run! Remember to be confident and empowered in your fitness journey. Your pace is the best pace, same goes for your distance! 6) Stay after to take a group pic with us! 7) Share about your fitness journey with fellow walkers and runners. Exchange contacts and ideas for other fitness meetups. Take advantage of drink specials for run participants (or not). 8) Get home safely to meet another day!

This Weekend Warrior High Intensity Interval Training Circuit hones in on these concepts in a fun and supportive group environment. Where to go: Logic Fitness Club 2012 Exploration Way Hampton Va 23666 What to do: 1) The doors will open for this event at 8:30 am. Come in, sign on the sheet at the reception desk. 2) Pay your Entry Fee: This class a drop-in fee of $15 ($10 on your first visit). Monthly membership available at $50/month! 3) Follow the green field turf into the gym and introduce yourself to someone new - we are all nice! 4) At 8:50 AM - Listen up for a review of the circuit and assigned starting stations before we start our group warm-up. 5) 9 AM - Do your very best and listen up for tips from the instructor to ensure you're getting the most out of your circuit class! 6) Stick around afterwards to share about your experience with the other members and discuss ways to get better for the next class!

Join us on Thursday nights for our Power Vinyasa Yoga Class! Use fun poses and fluid movement with your breath to build strength and flexibility, with yoga sequences for all levels. Come in and sign in on the sheet at the reception desk. 2) Pay your Entry Fee: This class has a drop-in fee of $15 per class with a first time discounted price of $10. Monthly subscriptions available at $50 a month! 3) Follow the green field turf into the gym and claim a spot for the class. Mats are made available at no extra cost while supplies last - if you have a mat of your own, feel free to bring it! 4) Get comfortable and introduce yourself to the other attendees. 5) At 6:30 prepare to listen up for the instructors introduction and instructions to start the practice! 6) Feel free to ask questions during the session about any variations to any movements to ensure you are operating safely within your limits. 7) Stick around afterwards to talk about the benefits you perceived from the class and ways to get better for the next meetup!
