What burndown charts tell us

Many teams use a burn down chart to monitor and manage the progress of their Sprint backlog. But burn down charts can provide much more information about team's way of working.

This session will look at our collective experiences of how to use burn down charts and identify anti-patterns -- and look at solutions to fix them for our teams.
