What is the best action to take when your team repeatedly turns up late to the Daily Scrum? Or when planning is rushed and people reject the process? Or when retrospectives are stale and input is minimal?
We often have to make split-second decisions which get variable results. Wouldn't it be good if we could practice in a safe environment? And maybe even try a number of actions?
This month's session will allow attendees to respond to various situations then review and evaluate whether alternative actions would have been preferable.
We encourage members to take photographs and videos during our sessions. If you are not happy for images of you to be posted on the internet/used to publicise the group, please do not attend this event.
