What is your job?

Sales Engineer / Developer

Do you currently use Scrum or any other agile framework?

I've developed some projects using Scrum, but not sure was doing it right!

What are you hoping to get from the discussion group?

I particularly struggle with the conflict between the need to give prospects a fixed price/time for a project (so they can budget) but for the project to be developed in an agile way (because they don't really know what they want and we don't really know how we'll build it) - I'm hoping to find out if anyone has had this and how they resolve it! And also to chat about agile in general.

I've mainly worked as a developer (Microsoft and OutSystems), I'm now a sales engineer so do a lot of project scoping and sizing too.
