Cajon box Beginners course

A complete course covering all you need to know to get started on the cajon. Thisis a lot of fun, be prepared to meet some amazing people, laugh a lot and groove like a rocker!

This intensive course combines essential and fundamental technique, exercises and various different rhythms and grooves ranging from pop, rock, funk, blues to latin and flamenco rhythms. The course also introduces ensemble work and practical classes on how to apply the grooves and techniques we learnt in a live music situation.

The course is a 10 week course, just enough to cover all the basics of the cajon!

Newcomers first class is only £10 (plus 50p paypal fee surcharge), thereafter it's £13 per class if you enrol to 7 or more of the 9 remaining classes or £17 per class on a drop in basis (subject to space availability) Enrolment for the remainder of course will happen at the end of the first class and can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

Dates: 10 March - 19 May (taking a break on the 7th April for Easter week) Every Tues, 1 hrs a week (10 hours in total)

Cajon Hire: £3 per lesson (subject to availability, paid at the beginning of the class) or £20 upfront for the entire course - all classes
