Delighted to announce our 2nd meet up

I thought it was a very interesting and detailed talk on what Yell are doing to understand the relevance of results and user behaviour. The team is clearly at the forefront of thinking about user relevance. For me, it also highlighted how the user relevance challenges in the corporate environment (intranet and internet facing) are quite different from an organisation such as Yell - they both involve search, but there is potentially a much wider variation in content quality and a wider range of possible questions i.e. what the user is searching for in the corporate environment. The presenters brought a lot of clarity to a complex subject.

Fantastic and extremely knowledgeable people with lots to discuss, asking the right questions and lots to share. The presentation by Nigel and Jonathan on measuring relevance at showed some 'light at the end of the tunnel.' Insightful stuff.

Both Richard and Natalie did a fantastic job in organizing the event with incredible attention to detail and energy. Many thanks

Good description of an approach by staff at Yell to content navigatiion. The Q&A session dug deep and conversations continued actively after the meeting closed.
