Many Continuous Delivery experience reports focus upon the automated release of a single application, but how do you scale a pipeline to manage multiple platforms of greenfield and legacy applications? How do you roll out a pipeline across Development and Operations without cross-functional teams or shared line management?

In this talk Steve Smith (@agilestevesmith, http://www.stephen-smith.co.uk/) will share some of the people and technical challenges encountered while building a pipeline for 60+ applications at Sky Network Services, including the use of the Strangler pattern (http://martinfowler.com/bliki/StranglerApplication.html) and applying autonomation ("automation with a human touch") practices to an organisation.
