For our May Corda meetup, we'll be discussing DAOs and oracles on Corda with presentations from two special guests - Oraclize and Cordite. Read more about their presentations below!

Oraclize: Oraclize is a blockchain oracle service that already integrates with Ethereum to provide smart contracts with off-ledger data.

Oraclize will be talking about its recent work to integrate its service with Corda, and how its platform can benefit CorDapp developers.

Cordite: Cordite is coming.

Cordite is an open source CorDapp built on Corda. It provides decentralised economics and governance services. Cordite is regulatory friendly, enterprise ready and finance grade.

Embedded in Cordite are three major concepts.

1. DGL - Distributed General Ledger
2. DAO – Decentralised Autonomous Organisation
3. Metering
