What we're about

DadEcated aims to promote excellence in fatherhood through mental and physical fitness. We meet regularly in Hyde Park with our kids in slings/buggies, on foot/scooters, etc to do a 5km run around the Serpentine, do a bit of training, lots of banter and then a recovery coffee/breakfast.

We are also looking at setting up seminars/counselling for fathers going through midlife crisis, new fathers struggling with the changes to their family, and anyone that fancies a beer with the lads over a pub quiz or decent curry.
