London DevOps returns for 2022 with a virtual meetup hosted on Zoom. We will be hosting a talk from Sagar at Morrisons, talking about their transformation journey, with a panel session to follow. 6:10pm - Sagar Mehendale - Technical Transformation at Morrisons

Like many, Morrisons as an organisation is going through a technical transformation, wanting to bring in new ways of working aligned with the changes in our working environment over the last few years.

Sagar will talk about how geographically diverse teams can work cohesively and productively, using basic agile principles. How they use Monorepos, Automation and CI/CD as founding pillars to deliver value, and why staying away from prescribed Agile ways of working and instead focusing on what works best for a specific team is the best route to success.

We will be talking about some of the topics covered in Sagar's talk. Particularly focusing on how to adapt existing methodologies such as agile and DevOps to work in a larger organisation.
