Upcoming Drupal events in London

Hi Guys and Girls,

There are quite a few interesting Drupal events happening over the next couple of weeks here in London. Thought they might be of interest so I've rounded them up into one list here:

  • June 28th & June 30th: Drupal 101 - Get Started with Drupal and Run the White House. This is a course designed by MiniBar to get you into the Drupal development framework, which will set you up with the basics of developing a Drupal fully content managed website. It's divided into 2 x 4hour afternoon sessions from 4pm to 8pm. One on 23rd of June and one on 30th of June. This course is taught by the CTO of School of Everything, Peter Brownell.
  • June 28th 7pm: Square Pig Holborn. Drupal, Beer and Chat for June. You guys know the protocol here. Have a beer and talk Drupal. All welcome, we're a friendly bunch.
  • July 2nd, 6.45pm onwards: Building the Social Web with Drupal. Social Media and the Social Web are two of the most dominant web trends today. We are bringing together a number of leading figures in this field to discuss why, how and who should use the "Social Web".
  • July 5th, 6pm: Drupal Learning Meetup: Problem Solving and Membership Sites. A chance for some informal learning and to share knowledge and ideas - this Learning Drupal Meetup will focus on problem solving and getting help both inside and outside of the Drupal community. We'll also concentrate on key issues affecting membership sites and how best to create and manage them. Fintan Galvin, who heads up IO1, will be our guest mentor for this session.

Have a great week and I'm sure I'll be seeing some you at some of the above events.
