📖 Ember Octane and TypeScript

There are a lot of changes coming in Ember Octane to be excited about. While I love both Ember and TypeScript, it has been fairly difficult in the past to combine the two in a large project, especially since we also recruit developers that don't have Ember experience. Learning the Ember syntax alone can be quite a challenge when doing so on the job, and adding TypeScript on top can make everything feel overwhelming. Is using TypeScript in an Ember Octane app a more beginner-friendly experience?
