The future of education, Zoom online conference

Details
From a technoprogressive point of view, there are at least six major problems with today's educational system. Happily, there are solutions that can be applied, between now and 2035, to ensure comprehensive improvements.
The first major problem is that education is too expensive. Second, it focuses too much on preparing students for employment in the work environment of the past, rather than for a society which is increasingly post-work. Third, it puts too little priority on critical thinking and collaborative intelligence. Fourth, it fails to teach the skills of foresight, scenario planning, and the identification and management of both risks and opportunity. Fifth, it does little to prepare students for a world of rapidly increasing diversity, including co-existence with advanced AIs and robots, along with people with new lifestyles, new body modifications, new social structures, and new philosophies. Sixth, it provides insufficient support for mental agility and emotional resilience.
In short, present-day education falls far short of its full potential, and leaves students ill-prepared to reach their full potential. But it doesn't need to be like this.
This online conference call is a chance to review proposals and suggestions published as part of the UK Transhumanist Party's technoprogressive roadmap.
During the call, you can share your views about matters to prioritise or deprioritise, on potential alternatives, and on what shorter-term actions should be organised.
