A hands on session of solving Haskell Puzzles. We will be continuing the ICFP Programming Contest 2004 task: "Dinner with Ambiants (https://alliance.seas.upenn.edu/~plclub/cgi-bin/contest/task.php)".

Solving the "Dinner with Ambiants" task will continue over the next few meetings. In this meeting we will be working on a graphical visualiser. Last month we covered the base types to represent the data-model. Don't worry if you didn't make it, the code (https://github.com/londonhaskell/feeding-haskell-to-ambiants) to cover all of last month's puzzles will be posed before the meeting. Next month and the following meeting will cover a simulation engine and a solver for actually solving the task.

Generally, the aim is for everybody to improve their Haskell skills, by solving small puzzles, sharing their solutions and seeing how others solve the same puzzles. There will be a variety of puzzles suitable for (almost) all levels of programmer. Easy puzzles for beginners. More advanced puzzles for the more experienced. Each puzzle will be one step on the journey from novice to master, breaking the learning down into tiny chunks.

This meeting is at SkillsMatter. You need to to register and let them know you are coming at: http://skillsmatter.com/event-details/home/feeding-haskell-to-ambiants-part-2
