Post-lean product design: JTBD & the problem space

The lean mantra is “Build, Measure, Learn”. Whilst getting product into customers hands quickly is critical, spending a bit more time in the problem space can de-risk what you take to market. We’ll explore the use of JTBD for this purpose, how to overcome the barriers to using JTBD and the risks of jumping straight into the solution space.

This meetup will include expert speakers and an interactive discussion with the audience and guests.
