Agile HR and why HR should lead the agile transformation in companies
Pia-Maria Thoren calls herself an Inspiration Director, in her work as an Agile People Coach and Facilitator, with a recently successful book on the topic called 'Agile People.' She brings her Agile HR and Leadership experience from global companies to Work.Life Bermondsey this August in order to cover what HR managers need to be aware of when adjusting HR-practices to the new paradigm of employee-driven organisations and how to structure HR in an agile manner: • How can HR support an agile implementation? • Goals and performance management in a new way • Salaries and bonus models for an agile organization • Job Roles – are they needed in the future? • Employee surveys in an agile manner • How an HR department can work with agility, for example with Kanban and improvement meetings • Practical tools, templates and exercises for HR and managers On September 10-11, Pia-Maria is running an Agile HR Certification training in central London. After the training you can also become an authorized instructor and run the training yourself, using Pia-Marias accredited course material. Read more about the training here:

    What we're about

A better future of work depends on our self-awareness and ability to stop working in organisations where shareholder profits trump people and purpose. We believe that You and your ability to act, to lead change and to manage in your companies the way to change the future of work. Management is a collective responsibility and not just the responsibility of a select few.

We’re a friendly and welcoming diverse group of people who meet for gamified interactive learning, workshops, and talks about the future of work. We work together to learn how we can develop and transform ourselves, our teams and our organisations to be more aware, engaged, purpose-led, and impactful.

The challenges of a complex world call for management and leadership that embrace complexity and systemic thinking, and that “manage the system, not the people".

We run monthly Meetups and certified Management 3.0 courses. For more information on our courses and on Management 3.0 please visit

We are excited by our enthusiastic community that keeps growing week after week! If you want to help these members improve the future of work by offering an interactive talk at an upcoming Meetup, please show your interest by filling out this form:
