You know the answers you seek do exist somewhere in the world. This inner force that pushes you to find the answers is an urge you have no control over" (p. 3).

At some point, your spiritual awareness starts to break through into your life, perhaps in the form of an out-of-the-ordinary experience. You feel an urge to look into the deeper questions of life.

According to a 2023 survey by Pew Research, 22% of Americans describe themselves as 'spiritual, but not religious.'
These survey participants were more likely than people who categorized themselves as 'religious' to believe that animals and nature can contain Spirit.

They are also more likely to meditate, to feel a deep sense of wonder about the world, and to have had a sudden feeling of connection to something beyond this world.
