This is a loving supportive environment, an all inclusive group for any mum that would like some help on how to navigate through life difficulties – emotional overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, lack of self-love.

You will learn different bite size practices, such as:
. Mindfulness for emotional balance,
. Self-compassion,
. Breathing techniques,

Yoga and Qigong movements.

These practices are achievable and can fit into your routine and your life style.
