This group is for women of any age who have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), that would like to meet to support each other, and share useful lifestyle tips on diet/nutrition, fitness/exercise, wellbeing and much more. PCOS can be difficult to manage, and can impact self-esteem and confidence. Medical intervention for PCOS can be vague and uncertain, which can leave many of us frustrated and lacking the knowledge to empower ourselves to make the best lifestyle choices for our health and wellbeing. Whilst there is no cure for PCOS, and this group does not diagnose or provide medical advice, it can provide a friendly, encouraging and understanding space for PCOSers to support and inspire each other.
