What we're about

This is a group for people aged 18+ who want/need to lose weight and eat healthy nutritious Plant Based food with flavour that promotes wellbeing in order to reach their weight loss goals. You are in the right space if you are overweight/want to lose weight and/or may have food cravings or comfort eat that is sabotaging your weight loss efforts. If you would like to discover why you are overweight, what the best and healthiest plant foods are to eat, avoid and limit for weight loss and weight management as well as learning how to use those ingredients to make healthier meals, then this is the space for you to be in.

I started this group to create a community of plant based (or prepared to be plant based) people who need support and to understand why they are where they are now, how to change this - a safe space where a community of like minded people can share, discuss and experience a healthy plant based lifestyle that will help them to lose weight and promote wellbeing at the same time. Opportunities to attend workshops, live events, programmes, talks, retreats etc (paid or otherwise) will also be made available within this group from time to time - these events will provide additional learning, coaching and support to those interested in learning more about plant based weight loss and wellbeing in person (including online, where applicable).
