Originally developed and open sourced by Facebook, Presto is a distributed SQL engine for interactive analytics which is undergoing a hyper-growth and is being widely adopted by more and more UK organisations.

First up is a look at the past, present and future of Presto. We'll be taking a close look at the performance benefits as well as new features that are designed to boost query execution times.

We'll also look at the current and future features in Presto that further boost the query execution times with features like Dynamic Filtering, RubiX cache, Fast Copies, etc.
