USING DATA TO MEASURE & INCREASE AGILITY IN SOFTWARE PROJECTS
When we work on Agile projects we develop a wealth of data, but only use a proportion of that data to manage the project. Platforms such as JIRA provide streaming data on a number of parameters. How can we leverage this data to get under the skin of project delivery performance and use it to provide additional metrics? How could we use this data to report on overall performance and also provide lead indicators?

Can started his career as a software engineer then transitioned into product management and delivery management roles. In the last 5 years he has been leading agile transformation projects. He has delivered enterprise agile transformation projects and software product development projects in large enterprises like B&Q, Teliasonera Turkcell, Unilever, and also supported small size companies like AdUnity and Skimlinks.
RPA - THE PATH TO AI
A look at why RPA and AI are two technologies with a natural affinity. RPA needs AI to become smarter, and AI needs RPA to be integrated easily in to business processes. Arif Khan will explain this link, show how UiPath is responding to this need, and underscore it with tangible real-world examples.
Arif Khan is an AI SME with 15 years of IT transformation experience across multiple industries, with a specialisation in Banking and Insurance. Arif is currently a Customer Success Manager at UiPath, working with clients to maximise the benefits of their investments in automation technologies.
Prior to UiPath Arif built & led the UK Machine Learning & AI Practice at Capco, a global Consultancy focused on financial services, defining and delivering innovative solutions for clients utilising ML and AI products and techniques.
Arif has a passion for combing the Agile delivery model with RPA and AI to solve real business problems effectively and quickly. Arif is a member of the Institute for Robotic Process Automation & AI. Arif has an MSci in Computer Science from University College London, specialising in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
