Hype or reality: Panel insights into the impact of project data analytics

Details

We are mixing things up a little for 2020 and will be starting the year off with a panel session discussion examining:

Is there any value in project delivery data or is every project different?
Is project data analytics hype/a pipedream or is it becoming a reality?
Is it aimed at agile, waterfall or both?
What are the key barriers and how are they being overcome?
What is the impact for organisations and employees?
What is the call to action?
How should people in the audience prepare or is it so far off that they don’t need to worry?
What does 2025 look like in terms of data enabled project delivery?
Plus questions from the audience.

The presentations may change slightly as we firm up the final members of the panel.

We have a high calibre panel that includes:

Grant Findlay, Director at Sir Robert McAlpine.
Alex Budzier, Oxford Said Business School
Steve Ashley, Digital Transformation Solution Centre Manager, Oil and Gas Technology Centre
Grant Mills, Senior lecturer, UCL
John McGlynn, Chair APM and Atkins
Joanna Newman, PMI Board member and Vodafone
2 others TBC.

Free drinks and pizza.

A big thanks to UCL for sponsoring the venue and to our other sponsors who make it happen including Association for Project Management, Sir Robert McAlpine and Projecting Success.

Please tell your colleagues and let’s make the event a huge success.
