Sir Robert McAlpine have supported the PDA Community since the start. Over the last two years, they have been on their own journey of discovery and development to make best use of data and analytics and lead change in the construction sector. This session explores where they are today and what the future looks like – both from the perspective of delivering a data strategy and practical, tangible examples from analysts working to deliver on construction projects. Gareth Parkes, SRM lead for data strategy will be joined by Project Data Analysts showcasing some of the things they are learning through the PDA apprenticeship and bringing to life through the hackathons.
